Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is any information related to a person: name, email, address, phone, NIF/NIE… Additionally, when a User visits our website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by your Internet service provider. “Greenwich Náutica”, as the Data Controller, has the duty to inform the Users of its website about the collection of personal data that can be carried out, either by sending an email or by filling out the forms included on the website.

Only the data necessary to perform the contracted service, or to adequately respond to a request for information made by the User, will be obtained. Purpose: To respond to your request for information made through our contact form(s).

Newsletter Subscription Forms

Purpose: Sending communications, some of them commercial, of interest to the Users according to the blog theme. For these purposes, information sent to clients to maintain the existing contractual relationship, if any, will not be considered commercial communication.

User Registration – Passwords

Once registered, the User has access to a private panel, where they can view certain content, record of reservations or contracts made, access to the private classroom, chat to communicate with teachers, etc. They can also manage account options, such as the password, User data, or complete their profile data or upload an image.

The User may receive the following notifications:

– Necessary for managing purchases or contracts, such as the proofs of the same, incidents, etc.
– Notices related to the formative development and instructions for using the platform.
