– Making available to the User the services offered for contracting electronically, as well as providing information about them and the Responsible party. Specifically, our website provides all necessary information to obtain a nautical title or navigation license in person or online.
– Dissemination of information related to the activity sector of the Responsible party.
– Manage comments and/or evaluations of the Users.
– Manage the subscriber list and Users attached to the blog or the website newsletter.

For their part, in the case that the user has their domicile outside of Spain, “Greenwich Náutica” and the User submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
